Install Xenserver on a usb

Citrix doesn't support running XS from USB - I've heard of cases where people have made it work, but I have never personally been able to (not that I gave it a huge shot, mind you).

I was actually able to get this running perfectly by going through the normal install process on XS 6.5I did not have to modify anything, works just fine.
